1. The rental starts from the time indicated in the reservation and the return must be made by the time indicated in the contract. When returning, the permissible delay limit is 1 hour. Additional delays are charged as an extra day. The vehicle must be returned to the location indicated in the contract and a change can be made – if this is possible – only after contacting Kamilari Rentals.

2. The insurance coverage is NOT valid:

If the driver is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.

For damage to the bottom of the car, rims, tires, mirrors, antenna and the interior of the vehicle.

For loss of personal items inside the vehicle.

For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the rental agreement.

For loss or destruction of a vehicle key.

For loss or damage of child seats or other additional equipment.

To transport the car by ship without the written consent of Kamilari Rentals.

3. In the event of an accident, the customer, regardless of his fault, is obliged to complete the accident declaration, based on article k70 of the Greek legislation and to immediately notify the company’s offices at +30 6932382048

4. The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered. Otherwise, corresponding charges will apply for the missing fuel.

5. It is forbidden to drive outside the Greek borders, to drive on dirt roads, to transport heavy objects and in general to misuse. Special cleaning charges of up to €50 apply to vehicles returned with an excessively dirty interior (eg food stains, coffee, salts, etc.) indicating misuse.

6. The renter assumes full responsibility for any traffic violations and is obliged to pay any debts to the competent services. Otherwise, the cost of the violation will be charged.

7. There is deposit of 30% of the booking price.

8. Any traffic tickets and fines which are received during the renting period are the responsibility of the renter. The car hire company should be informed about any such traffic violation or tickets.

9. We can pick up and drop off cars to most places on Crete, including to your hotel, desired airport or port. Please contact us for a quote.
